A nice and short book on how you can use the “compound effect” to work for you. Nothing you don’t already know, but quite inspirational and worth a read.
One of the best books I’ve read. A book that sheds light on the human evolution, and explains why we’re not just walkers, but actually born to run. It’s written fantastically well, and inspired me to do my first long runs in years.
I’ve wanted to read this for a long time, and had high expectations. I’m very happy to say that the book delivered everything I wanted plus more!
